Hofland Flowering Plants

Hofland Flowering Plants, the fifth generation is running the company. The main crop cultivated by the Hofland family is Schlumbergera, but currently they also grow Argyranthemum, Dianthus and Calibrachoa. The family has decades of experience in cultivating Schlumbergera and the best quality is guaranteed by producing their own cuttings. Moreover, to keep plants extremely bushy and uniform in height, both Dianthus and Schlumbergera are headed twice. Producing the highest quality plants with love and respect for nature, that is what the company stands for and they thus use organic fertilizer and biological pest control as much as possible. Each season, the Hofland family delivers the best plants with the compliments of Decorum.

Did you know…

Hofland Flowering Plants has been using geothermal energy through Trias Westland since 2017. During the winter months, the greenhouses are heated 100% by geothermal energy. It is a beautiful and important development towards a greener world.
