Hungarian top florist Gábor Nagy works with Decorum during international trend seminar

During an inspiring trend seminar at the Biotehniški Center Naklo, Hungarian top florist Gábor Nagy presented his vision on floral trends for 2026 to approximately 100 visitors from Slovenia and Croatia.

After three days of intensive preparation, Nagy delivered a four-hour demonstration showcasing no fewer than 22 diverse designs. From refined bouquets and elegant bridal work to body decorations, table pieces and funeral arrangements. Each design was characterised by a harmonious combination of innovative techniques, distinctive botanical elements and surprising colour combinations.

The foundation of all creations was formed by the high-quality cut flowers and richly flowering potted plants from Decorum. “The beautiful cut flowers and potted plants from Decorum formed the basis of my designs. With such fantastic botanical materials, it is not difficult to create something beautiful!” said Nagy.

The audience was visibly impressed by the quality and vitality of the products. In particular, the richly flowering Phalaenopsis (Duijn-Hove & Bernard Orchids), Kalanchoë (Slijkerman Kalanchoë) and Begonia (J&P ten Have) received great admiration thanks to their abundance of flowers, both in bud and in full bloom.

During the break and after the seminar, many visitors engaged in conversations about the various Decorum varieties and growers. The interest was high and the reactions were unanimously positive.

“For me, it was a fantastic experience and thanks to Decorum and their beautiful products, it became even more special!” ✨, Nagy concludes.
