Garvinea
The Garvinea is richly adorned with beautiful flowers. It has been specially bred to brighten up your garden. The plant resembles the well-known Gerbera grown as an annual, but the Garvinea is a winter-hardy perennial that flowers continuously from spring through autumn, providing colour for three seasons! The plant needs plenty of nutrients, so it is best to give it some fertiliser for container plants every month. An added bonus is that the flowers can also be cut and placed in a vase.
The Garvinea is grown in yellow, red, pink, purple and orange from mid-April until the end of July. This large-flowered plant is grown by Kwekerij Martin van der Velden.
