Exacum
This small, compactly growing plant is mainly used as an indoor plant, but in the summer, when there is sufficient heat, it can also stand outside on the terrace or in pots and flower boxes. Exacum is also called “Bitternip” and has its origin in Socotra, an island just below Yemen. Surprising about this plant is that it has a wonderfully fragrant flower that makes people happy!
