International event designer Nadia Duran discovers the power behind Decorum flowers in a new episode of ‘Grower for a Day’

What lies behind a perfect flower at an exclusive wedding or international event?

In the latest episode of Grower for a Day, Australian event designer Nadia Duran sets out to find the answer. During her visit to the Netherlands, she meets three Decorum growers: Daily Sunshine, Divine Flowers and Kroon Flowers.

Nadia Duran ranks among the international elite in the field of luxury weddings and events. Based in Sydney, she creates high-end concepts (for clients) all over the world. In the new episode, she swaps event venues for the greenhouse and the field to experience for herself how much craftsmanship and innovation are required to grow the top-quality flowers she loves to work with.

“I create extraordinary moments with flowers and plants all over the world, but during this visit I discovered where those stories truly begin. It was special to meet the people behind the products and to see how much care and dedication they put into their work every day. From now on, I will look with even greater admiration at everything that goes into each arrangement,” says Nadia Duran.

During her visit, she discovers the world behind three remarkable crops. At Daily Sunshine, she sees how sunflowers are grown with the utmost care and precision. She then visits Divine Flowers, where a wide range of premium carnations is grown. The day concludes at Kroon Flowers, a specialist in Eryngium, where she experiences how generations of craftsmanship come together in a distinctive product.

The episode is available to watch from today on Decorum’s social media channels and Decorum’s YouTube channel.
