Winco Holland

In 1995, Winco Holland started importing cacti from the United States. Since 2003, the company gained experience with the production and processing of various succulent varieties and nowadays the company has its own nursery in Spain. This enables the company to supply quality products year-round. According to Arjen de Mare, the best thing about growing plants in Spain is the diversity created by the elements: plants are stronger, colours more intense and the appearance of one single plant can appear differently due to the changing weather conditions.

With up to 600 different varieties and pot sizes that vary from 3.5 cm to 30 cm, Winco Holland has a wide product range of succulents. Part of their assortment are: Echeveria, Crassula, Echinocactus, Haworthia, Euphorbia, Kalanchoë and Sedum. Winco Holland is constantly looking for unique and special plants to further expand their current range.

Mecx and Wincx

Winco Holland also offers this rich diversity of species in the form of cutflowers. These product lines, known as Mecx and Wincx, are specifically designed for florists, creative professionals, and designers all over the world. Due to their robust characteristics, these succulents are ideal for use in floral arrangements, table decorations, or bouquets.

Wincx are cut succulents delivered in a box with a padded layer to prevent damage during transportation. Mecx is the succulent on a stick, particularly ideal for bouquets. Each Mecx is hand-cut and placed on a special stick with hooks, ensuring the plant stays securely attached.

Mecx and Wincx succulents and cacti are extremely durable and can survive for months without their roots. To keep them alive longer, you can spray them with water every few weeks. With some varieties, the roots may even regrow. If desired, you can replant them in well-draining soil.
