Villa Gerbera

Owners André and Mike Zuidgeest are specialised in growing dozens of large-flowered Gerberas varieties and, every year, Villa Gerbera adds new varieties to the range in order to continue to surprise the customer with the most special flowers. In addition to cultivating regular varieties, unique varieties are also grown at Villa Gerbera. These varieties stand out because of their flower shape. Two of these varieties are the spider-like variety ‘Spider’ and the stuffed variety ‘Powerball’.

Villa Gerbera is able to respond to any customer demand because they have various types of packaging available. Sustainable cultivation is an important priority for the company. All water used within the company is 100% reused. Villa Gerbera generates its own energy and uses all the sources that are released (CO2, heat, electricity). By doing so, nothing is lost. In addition to their own CO2, the CO2 from the industry in Rotterdam is used in the greenhouse. Every day, Villa Gerbera delivers their most beautiful flowers, with the compliments of Decorum
