Lamboo Dried & Deco
Lamboo Dried & Deco in Lisse specialises in growing and processing dried flowers, drawing on a family heritage of more than forty years. In 1982, founder Koos Lamboo began production and developed his own method for drying flowers.
Lamboo manages the entire process, from seed selection and cultivation to drying and putting together the collection. The Dutch dried flowers are grown in the Netherlands. Manual work plays an important role in harvesting: Helichrysum and Delphinium, for example, are cut by hand in the field, one flower at a time. They are then dried in drying rooms, with careful attention to preserving their colour and quality.
The range consists of various flowers, grasses and cereals, including Nigella, lavender, Lagurus and wheat. Alongside Dutch dried flowers, Lamboo offers dried products and natural decorative materials from other countries. This provides a wide choice of shapes, textures and colours.
In its own workshop, dried flowers can be coloured to suit the season or a specific collection. The design team also develops ready-made dried flower concepts, such as handmade bouquets. These are intended for wholesalers and retailers, among others. In this way, Lamboo combines its knowledge of cultivation and drying with the further processing and presentation of the product.
