Chrysanthemum: a ‘golden (chryso) flower (anthemom)’ in Greek! However, the Decorum chrysanthemum range offers much more than just gold, with a wide variety of colors and types. Not only is the color palette diverse, but the forms and varieties are also abundant. In Decorum’s broad assortment, you’ll find disbud and spray chrysanthemums, as well as spider and pompon shapes.
What truly sets Decorum chrysanthemums apart is the size of the blooms, which can reach up to 18 centimeters! Their impressive vase life is another defining characteristic of the Decorum chrysanthemum. Decorum’s chrysanthemum growers are at the forefront of cultivation, consistently adopting new technologies and innovating year after year, particularly in sustainable practices. For instance, they use LED lighting and biological pest control.
Sustainability is one of Decorum’s three core values and is widely promoted. All Decorum growers cultivate their plants and flowers as sustainably as possible, evaluated according to six fundamental criteria:

Certification
At Decorum, obtaining necessary sustainability certifications is one of the ways we turn our words into action. These certifications demonstrate that Decorum growers use minimal energy in production. The growers listed below, for example, all contribute to the FSI. FSI is a market-driven initiative that brings together members of the international floriculture sector. Towards 2025, FSI members will continue to build on the progress made on transparency,
responsible production and trade, positive impact and improvement in the floriculture supply chain. Additionally, the accompanying social certificates highlight that Decorum growers ensure optimal working conditions for their employees. Through these certifications and adherence to the six sustainability pillars, the growers care for both people and nature.
