Nearly 10 years of international masterclasses by European Champion Hanneke Frankema

For almost ten years, European Champion and master florist Hanneke Frankema has been successfully organizing her exclusive Masterclasses. What once began on location at growers’ facilities has since developed into a unique learning experience in her specially built home studio. In this inspiring setting, where demonstrations and shows are normally prepared, participants from all over the world receive intensive training in the floral craft.

The popularity of the Masterclasses is unprecedented: every edition is consistently fully booked. Participants travel from across Europe, as well as from countries including the United States, Canada, China and even Australia, to be inspired and guided by Hanneke. “It remains special and a great honor to welcome people from all over the world,” says Hanneke.

With her distinctive and expressive style, Hanneke appeals to a wide audience. During Masterclasses, demonstrations, competitions and publications in trade magazines, Hanneke works with the high-quality flowers and plants from Decorum. She is especially fond of combining flowers and plants. “I love mixing the two. Moreover, I personally know many of the growers, which means I know how much care and attention goes into every product. That gives extra meaning to my work.”
