Decorum goes all out during the Belgian Floral Design Championship and Féerie Florale
‘Féerie Florale’ is a true spectacle and a “must-go-to” event for anyone passionate about floral design. The event also offers a platform for floral designers and stylists from both home and abroad. Decorum is sponsoring the event with a stunning selection from its assortment. The castle of Alden Biesen – the former land commandery in Bilzen, Limburg – will be transformed into a true floral spectacle during these days.
In addition to the event, Decorum is also sponsoring individual floral artists, including Tom de Houwer, Gabor Nagy, and Iza Tkaczyk.
Belgian Championship
On Friday, September 27, during Féerie Florale, the Belgian Floral Design Championship will also take place, starting at 10 AM. While the castle of Alden Biesen is in full bloom, the championship will be held in the “Cuvelier” hall. Here too, Decorum will showcase its finest offerings.
Common thread between the participants and Decorum Plants & Flowers
The common thread among the participants is their craftsmanship and attention to detail. They have a unique talent for conveying emotions and stories through their creative expressions in floral design.
Additionally, they share a passion for flowers and plants, which is precisely why Decorum is partnering with Féerie Florale as a sponsor.
More than 50 Dutch growers work hard every day to cultivate the most beautiful flowers and plants. All are family businesses, many in their third or fourth generation. The Decorum growers work together on a brand that stands for quality, innovation, and sustainability. That brand is Decorum.
Making people happy and inspiring them with beautiful flowers and plants, passionately grown, carefully selected, and custom-packed. Decorum believes in pure perfection and aims to make the world happier with responsible, stunning flowers and plants.
Demonstrations
Also on Friday, September 27 at 7:30 PM, Hanneke Frankema – European floral design champion and Decorum ambassador – will give a demonstration. Hanneke owned her own flower shop for ten years. Now, she works entirely freelance, giving demonstrations, lessons, and shows. Hanneke travels the world to demonstrate, teach, and inspire. In her creations, the use of color, unique techniques, and a perfectionist attention to detail take center stage.
