Vreugdenhil Bulbs & Plants

Vreugdenhil Bulbs & Plants was founded by Jochem Vreugdenhil Sr. in 1938. Back then, he grew different types of vegetables, grapes, tulips and was one of the first to grow Amaryllis. The company is now run by his grandson, Jochem Vreugdenhil, who specialises in cultivating bulb and corm plants. Various products, from Amaryllis to Zantedeschia, are grown in different pot sizes all year round. That is why Vreugdenhil is the market leader in the seasonal products segment. In order to ensure only the best quality products are marketed under the Decorum label, all products are selected according to a number of set criteria, including height, a specific number of flowers and the thickness of the plant.

Despite the company’s size (16 hectares and +/- 900 products), Vreugdenhil is strong in customisation with, for example, different themes, innovative specialist products and the variable order volume. From a tray to an order consisting of several trolleys, Vreugdenhil is always happy to serve their customers. Every day, Jochem and his team deliver their most beautiful products with the compliments from Decorum.
